New Green Treated Softwood Railway Sleepers, pressure treated to Use Class 3 - Out of ground contact. Square edged and uniform, easy to drill and fix.

Colour: Pressure treated green. After after 6 months these sleepers will weather to a silver / grey colour.

Fixings: Timberfast fixings will screw easily through these without a pilot hole, using a powerful drill. These can be purchased here online.

Railway Sleepers have a sawn finish and can vary in dimension by a few mm under or over our listed sizes. This is perfectly normal in the timber trade and we cannot guarantee exact tolerances, especially as some sawmills cut over or under and the timber can shrink or expand according to the surrounding weather conditions.

If you need a precise size, we will advise if we can offer it cut exact but please be aware that there may well be an extra milling charge to achieve this.

Please note that we offer a cross cutting service for new Railway Sleepers. The price per cross cut is £3.60 inclusive of vat.
